Home & energy · open data insight

The right offer for every front door.

Who owns their home, whether it is off mains gas, what broadband it can get, who moved in last month. The data to answer all of that has always been in UK open data. Hyper-Geo's algorithms turn it into answers and append them to every contact, so your offer fits before it lands.

The reality

Half the leads you pay for can't buy what you sell.

Renters can't replace windows or fit a heat pump. Flats rarely take solar. A home on mains gas is no use to an oil or LPG supplier, and a street without full fibre can't take your fastest package. Without knowing the property, every lead looks the same until it turns out not to be.

01

Renters in the funnel

Landlords decide, not the person who filled in your form.

02

The wrong kind of property

Job size, build era and glazing decide the quote. Most lists don't carry any of them.

03

Switching moments missed

New movers choose their energy, broadband and home cover in the first few weeks. Most lists can't see who has just arrived.

What it changes

What home and energy teams do with it.

01

Focus on homeowners

Prioritise owner-occupied streets and leave the rented ones for a different message.

02

Find upgrade-ready homes

Energy ratings, single glazing, mains gas and solar fit point you at the homes most likely to act on energy.

03

Match the package to the street

Broadband speeds and full fibre coverage at every postcode, so you only offer what the home can actually get.

04

Catch movers and switchers

Recent sales are when people renovate and pick new energy, broadband and cover. Know where they are happening.

Closest, measured properly

The nearest by road is often not the nearest on a map.

For one in five UK postcodes, the closest petrol station by road is a different one from the closest as the crow flies. Rivers, estuaries and motorways see to that. Choose how closest is measured, job by job.

Straight lineIncluded

As the crow flies. Fast and fine for broad targeting. Drive times shown are estimates.

Road distanceUpgrade

The nearest place by the actual distance you would drive, on the full UK road network.

Drive timeUpgrade

The nearest place by how long it takes to get there. The most accurate answer to "closest".
